چکیده
Granular activated carbon (GAC) and powdered (PAC) are the two most common forms of with varying particle size range. The goal this study was to analyze key factors (particle activation temperature) affecting surface characteristics GAC PAC derived from palm kernel shell (PKS). morphology suggested that pore network in PKS-PAC is more developed than PKS-GAC owing presence a micropore structure when prepared at lower temperatures. This also demonstrated performed on different PKS range influenced mesopore domain produced. found have mesopores PKS-PAC, which made it reliable for dye adsorption water treatment. Overall, applying during process can significant influence characteristics, thus having direct impact application carbon. An accurate will ensure cost-effective selected achieve desired performance objectives.
